Ordering: Please have complete part number(s) and description(s) available when ordering. We also suggest you have the model, series and serial number of the model available when calling.
NOTE: Minimum parts order amount is $50.00 (list).
Freight Allowance: Freight shipments will be made collect, unless otherwise specified. UPS shipments will be prepaid and the cost included in the invoice. Freight will be allowed and prepaid on single destination parts order over $1,500.00, suggested list, (excluding UN-LIME) within the continental United States. Air freight charges not included.

Limited Warranty: State Water Heaters' repair and replacement parts carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship unless otherwise stated on the package. The original warranty on the water heater is not extended or reduced due to the need to replace parts.
Return: State Water Heaters does not normally authorize returns on replacement parts. Any exception to this policy must be pre-authorized and returned freight prepaid. Acceptance of the return will be subject to inspection and the assessment of a 20% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the refund.
State Water Heaters' repair and replacement parts found defective within the expressed warranty period will be replaced free of charge provided they are returned prepaid within 30 days from the date of failure and an inspection verifies the claim.
A description of the nature of failure and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the failed returned part.
No other warranty, either expressed or implied is made on behalf of State Water Heaters with respect to repair or replacement parts. A full copy of State Water Heaters' Limited Parts Warranty is available upon request.
